This unscented Diffuser Fragrant Oil Base is manufactured to specifically blend with fragrance oils to make reed diffuser oils. It makes fragrance thinner, or less viscous, so that it flows up the reed easily and fragrances the air in the room.

This Diffuser Base is VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) compliant to meet California regulations. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) sets a limit to 18% for liquid air fresheners, so this diffuser base, which contains 6% alcohol, complies. One should consider the VOC of each fragrance they are going to utilize to make sure the product total CARB limit combined is not exceeded. |
How To Use: Formulators may wish to start is 25% fragrance to 75% diffuser base, then modify the ratio to meet the desired fragrance strength. Be aware that not every fragrance is compatible with a given reed diffuser base. As with all applications, we recommend thorough testing before production.
